You explicitly acknowledge that the output provided is purely mathematical and algorithmic. We do not claim astrological infallibility, nor do we assert that astrology conforms to standard empirical scientific standards. All insights are intended for entertainment, educational, and self-reflective purposes.
2. User Eligibility
To use this Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent. Under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, minors are generally incompetent to contract; therefore, any transaction made by minors must involve their legal guardians. By using the Platform, you warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The software, layout, mathematical computation models, UI designs, codebases, and original AI training and synthesis pipelines are the exclusive intellectual property of Team My Horoscope. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view and generate individual personal reports. Bulk downloading, scraping, framing, or commercial redistribution of the generated reports or calculations is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.
4. Payment Terms & Credits
The Platform offers a mix of free services (such as Lagna and Navamsa chart generation) and premium AI-powered consultations which require the purchase of digital credits. Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) complying with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or equivalent global currencies. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required by Indian tax codes.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pondicherry, India.
