1. Nature of Digital Goods and Instant Services
All computations, Kundli drawings, Dasha timelines, and AI astrological readings provided by My Horoscope are categorized as instant-access digital goods. Because these services are computed and delivered instantaneously upon submission of birth details, they are generally non-refundable once the computation has commenced or credit has been consumed.
By initiating a chart calculation or sending a query to our AI engine, you explicitly agree that the service is completed fully and immediate consumption has occurred, in alignment with modern digital product guidance and the Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. Credit Package Refund Criteria
If you purchase premium credit packages to consult our AI engine, you may request a refund for the unused balance under the following strict conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction timestamp.
- The purchased credit package must be entirely unused. If even a single credit is consumed from the package to run a computation, the entire package becomes non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be granted for accounts flagged with fraudulent activities or found violating our Terms & Conditions.
3. System & Network Failures
In rare cases where your payment is successful but a system bug or network interruption prevents the Platform from generating your Kundli report or provisioning your bought credits:
- Our backend logs will be analyzed to verify the failure.
- If the failure is validated, we will automatically credit your wallet with equivalent balance or process a complete payment reversal to the original source.
- You should notify us of such failures at myhoroscope.space@gmail.com along with your transaction reference number.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved by our billing audit team, the reversed amount will be credited back to your original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days. The exact duration depends on standard clearing cycles established by your issuing bank and Razorpay settlement protocols in India.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage users to reach out to our dedicated support chat or email address to resolve any billing discrepancy. Team My Horoscope reserves the right to suspend or permanently block access to user accounts that initiate unfounded chargeback claims through credit card companies or banks without first contacting our support portal.
